About Bach Flower Remedies

The original Bach Flower Remedies are a safe and natural method of healing discovered by Dr. Edward Bach. They gently restore the balance between mind and body by casting out negative emotions such as fear, worry, hatred and indecision which interfere with the equilibrium of the being as a whole. The Bach Flower Remedies allow peace and happiness to return to the sufferer so that the body is free to heal itself.

The Bach Flower Remedies are made from wild flowers and are safe for the whole family including pets.
The remedies are preserved in grape based brandy and are gluten free.

And may we ever have joy and gratitude in our hearts that the Great Creator of all things, in His Love for us, has placed the herbs in the fields for His healing.

“Heal Thyself by Dr. Bach”

Dr Edward Bach, a physician and homeopath who was convinced that emotional well being was key to overall health.

Dr Bach devoted his life to exploring the use of flowers and plants to create a simple, natural and gentle approach to emotional balance. He eventually went on to establish The Bach Centre in Oxfordshire, England, where he developed the essences as we know them today. By 1936 he identified 38 flower essences, each one derived from a different wild flower, plant or tree, and each corresponding to a specific emotion.

Dr Bach believed the complete system, which capture the positive potential of the plants they’re created from, offered a holistic approach to achieving emotional balance. The system is designed so that the essences can be tailored to meet each person’s individual needs, so that they can be taken individually, or in combination.

From the flowers to the bowls in the sun to the bottles on the shelf, everything that goes into a Bach™ Original Flower Remedy is exactly as Bach intended
